About us professionally…..
Ormerod Income Protection Limited was established in 2011 and between us we have over 25 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry. We specialize in making sure your protection covers your needs: ‘the things you have to do’ and also ‘the things you want to do’.
We are proud to be totally independent, privately owned, a community based company and we strive to consistently offer you the best level of service and cover at the best price, and the soundest advice possible in regard to your insurance. We handle all of your work personally so you will never be redirected to a call centre. Instead you can deal directly with us who will be more than happy to guide you through each stage of the insurance process.

A little bit about us…… outside work
We enjoy family life! Being outside, enjoying adventures, travel and sports.
- Glyn’s passionate about motorbikes, motorbikes and motorbikes…..Having competed since he was 9 in Motocross and then Circuit Racing, he retired from competitive racing in 2006 after a bad injury. He now just snowboards and rides his motorbike occasionally, mainly whilst teaching the children how to! With Glyn having broken numerous bones in his body through racing motorbikes, he knows the importance of having the right insurance for the life you lead, pastimes and sports you do!
- Emma loves travel, Nordic walking, skiing and growing her own veg. Secretively booked spas with friends help her relax whilst bringing up the young family!
- We have two children Katie & Sebastian, 4 chickens (Sweet and Sour, Gordon and Newbie) and 2 rabbits (Blackie and Snowie)!
